Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops to assess organisational implications of the expanded service catalogue
Analyse current structures identify gaps and propose alignment improvements
Define roles responsibilities and interfaces for service delivery
Develop communication and enablement materials for service adoption
Advise on decision-making structures escalation paths and integration with cost/project frameworks
Design a roadmap for organisational development and change activities
Eligibility
Residency in the EU or UK
Must-Have Experience
3 years in organisational development in IT environments
Experience in infrastructure industries (TSO energy utilities) and large-scale transformation projects
Proven ability to advise leadership teams in complex organisations
Experience linking service architecture with organisational structure and strategy
Language Skills
Fluent English (C1 or above)
Preferred
Certifications in change management organisational development or service management (e.g. ITIL Prosci)
ITSM knowledge and familiarity with ITIL lifecycle management
