Job Description
- Lead a team of identity and access management specialists.
- Be responsible for the administration and optimization of technical highly privileged and normal users. Ensure security monitoring maintenance and the further development of these structures.
- Actively develop our IAM architecture and continuously improve processes in the area of identity and access management.
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new applications into the IAM system ensuring smooth integration and compliance with all security and compliance requirements.
- Design our long-term system strategy.
Qualifications :
- A degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in identity and access management.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM architecture processes IT compliance and regulations
- Analytical thinking a structured approach to work and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
