Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily productivity numbers are met
- Ensure hiring procedures for all levels follow Sutherland and Government policies.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Sourcing Operation and Shared Services Teams to ensure that job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and talents are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the content methodology delivery and process.
- Respond to and support organizational challenges.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and candidates endorsed by the sourcing team are interviewed in real-time.
- Ensures a positive new hire on-boarding experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the curriculum content methodology delivery and process.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in related field from a four-year college or university (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in the same capacity (preferred).
- Must have proficiency with various MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point.
- Proficient planning time management and decision-making skills.
- Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic integrity flexibility diversity customer service orientation leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential.
