Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer you will design and maintain scalable web applications manage databases and develop APIs. You ll integrate advanced services like Speech-to-Text with IPBX systems collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure top-quality responsive solutions that enhance client experiences.
Job Overview
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Work setup: Onsite Bogot and Medellin
Your Daily Tasks
- Develop implement and maintain robust front-end and back-end web applications
- Create and manage databases ensuring data integrity performance and scalability
- Design build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services
- Integrate intelligent services (Speech-to-Text Text-to-Speech etc.) with our IPBX infrastructure to enhance client services
- Translate UI/UX mockups and brainstorming session outputs into clean functional and responsive interfaces
- Ensure code quality through unit testing peer reviews and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams including product managers designers and infrastructure engineers to deliver feature-rich web solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose new solutions to improve performance and user experience
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Required Qualifications:
- English level B2 C1
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript React Vue or Angular)
- Proficiency with back-end technologies ( Python PHP or similar)
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.)
- Deep understanding of API development and integration (REST WebSockets)
- Experience integrating third-party services such as Google Cloud Speech-to-Text Amazon Polly Twilio or similar
- Willingness to work on-site in Bogot
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)
- Understanding of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices
- Familiarity with IPBX/VoIP technologies and telecommunication integration is a strong plus
