The role
Deel IT is redefining the way organizations oversee their remote and hybrid workplaces. We are scaling up our IT offering to provide our customers with dedicated round-the-clock support every day of the year. From MDM to device pre-configuration our premium customer experience is disrupting the MSP industry. Requirements:
As an IT Engineer You will:
Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel ITs services growth objectives.
Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
Build develop and enhance Deel IT device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT services offering.
Lead technical support for our Sales team key stakeholders and customer base.
You will be managing deploying configuring and refreshing devices at Deel.
You identify with the following:

Competent communicator: You are a great communicator who can break down technical problems and communicate solutions to non-experts.
Methodical and focused: You work methodically and prioritize well to ensure delivery timelines are met and milestones are reached.
What you need to succeed:
This role will suit someone with a keen interest and expertise in multiple areas in IT and is looking for a place to combine their experience in one role. You will be a great fit if you have:.
Significant exposure working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.
Strong previous experience working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate such as - Jamf Intune or Jumpcloud.
Experience with application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.
Great working knowledge of IT security.
Experience automating device actions using Python Bash/ZSH & Powershell.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal organisational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in a team focused on IT experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users. Pre/Post sales support would be a bonus.
