Job Description
Role - IT Analyst
Location Cary North Carolina Hybrid (3 days per week WFO is must)
Contract
Mandatory Skills: IT Analyst ERP Supply chain
- Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system specifications
- Design and implement IT solutions that align with business goals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Provide technical support and training to endusers
- Document system configurations processes and changes
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance with IT policies
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 8 years of experience in IT analysis systems support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle SDLC
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with ERP systems databases and cloud technologies is a plus
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
