Position: Immigration Paralegal (Employment-Based Visas)
Reclatam is conducting a search on behalf of a prestigious California law firm for a highly skilled professional with experience in employment-based immigration matters in the United States.
Requirements:

Proven experience handling O-1 visas H-1B visas and other U.S. employment-based immigration petitions.

Mastery of English (written and spoken) is required.

Candidates must be from Latin America with prior experience working on U.S. immigration cases.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cases independently.
