Job Description
We are seeking another highly motivated Team Lead / Jr Project Management Consultant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects maintaining high standards of project execution and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management exceptional leadership skills and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Lead the project team providing guidance mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities and resource allocation.
Project Management
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple SAP projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Establish and maintain project management standards methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor project performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular project reviews with clients providing updates on progress challenges and successes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in SAP project management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management team.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a team lead or project management role with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role within an SAP consulting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
