Job Description
1. Minimum 8 yrs of Functional tester experience in web application mobile and backend change testing
2. 2 yrs experience in Adobe AEM applications Web SDK upgrade etc. testing
3. Experience is Salesforce permission features queues
4. Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud amp Service Cloud Classic amp Lightening Salesforce AWS Connect Call Center testing
5. Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up test data SQL queries amp Oracle DB.
6. Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC QA Processes create and execute QA test strategy and test plan Testing artifacts QA best practices
7. Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement
8. Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders Business Vendors and raising timely risks reporting
9. Experience in working on agile methodology
10. Leverage QA software tools for defect management regression functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence
11. Excellent Communication skills proactive and quick learner and worked as an individual contributor
