The Plan Review Specialist is a liaison between Design & Manufacturing ensuring seamless delivery of accurate CAD files to Production and perfect plans to our Installation team. This role also links to Purchasing delivering accurate information for Purchasing to successfully fulfill all Special Orders. The Plan Review Specialist plays a key role in how the clients view the delivery of quality products innovative solutions and white-glove service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that all purchasing deadlines are met efficient process flows are maintained and the customer experience is flawless.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate to the needs of the Customer Designer Standard Product Guide and Standard Production practices.
- Meet with Design Consultants on an as-needed basis to perform Complexity Reviews of sold jobs to ensure the accuracy of details of the job are correct and ready.
- Provide consultation and submission for all other order types based on the business need.
- Produce output files of the final CAD design for Shop & Installation as determined by business need.
- Produce clarity for Installation in final job plans.
- Update CRM (Dashboard) with current Job Status and Notes for visibility to the business.
- Participate in business management meetings and provide consultation & support to other departments as needed.
- Collaborate on improving efficiencies in all pre production processes.
Qualifications :
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Customer-centric approach (Designer Installation Shop Purchasing & End Customer)
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency. Practice immediacy
- Excellent written verbal and electronic communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive agreed-upon company/departmental objectives
- Professional conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to use MS Office programs including Word Excel Outlook
- Ability to learn our California Closets CRM (CC Dashboard) and our California Closets autoCAD software (3D Cadsoft)
- Ability to read and create CAD files and Shop/Installation paperwork
- Ability to work in front of a computer for long periods of time
