- Oversee daily office operations and ensure the So Paulo studio runs efficiently.
- Manage relationships with service providers and contractors (e.g. cleaning maintenance security).
- Coordinate facility-related tasks including office supplies equipment maintenance and workspace organization.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks scheduling and logistics.
- Assist in managing contracts and service agreements.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence including occasional out-of-hours support.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on people-related matters and office events.
Qualifications :

- Bring 13 years of relevant experience ideally in a Facility Manager or similar role.
- Are fluent in Portuguese and have intermediate English skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Thrive under pressure and maintain a positive proactive and open-minded attitude.
- Have experience in contract and service management.
