We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Support Representative with proficiency in German and English to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview Bilingual HR Support Representative (German & English)
As a Bilingual HR Support Representative youll be at the heart of our employee services providing support on HR-related topics and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email.
- Log and manage queries using internal ticketing systems.
- Provide information and clarification on HR policies benefits procedures and more.
- Maintain high standards of service quality professionalism and confidentiality.
- Resolve queries effectively taking ownership of individual performance metrics
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Fluency in German (B2 level or higher).
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
