We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales procurement and market expansion within the coffee industry. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills deep market insight and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while aligning with global business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Drive sales growth by identifying new customers and opening new markets.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to the companys growth rate.
- Set up promotional marketing and educational events with target clients across Australia.
Client Relationship Management
- Nurture grow and expand the client base through industry experience prior relationships and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication and engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Strategic Planning & Market Research
- Conduct market analysis and propose tailored business strategies for different regions.
- Align market strategies with the global development plan of the company.
- Monitor daily market exposure and make informed decisions to support trading strategies.
Procurement & Origin Coordination
- Oversee purchasing activities in collaboration with origin teams.
- Establish purchase plans aligned with global strategy and optimize global P&L.
- Follow up on shipment schedules and ensure smooth business execution.
Quality Assurance
- Participate in daily cuppings and other QA-related activities to maintain product standards.
Risk Management
- Monitor client drawdown paces shipment schedules and ensure timely payments.
- Mitigate risks by maintaining close communication with clients and origin teams.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support general office operations and logistics for incoming shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to set up and manage various strategic projects.
- Contribute ideas suggestions and market intelligence to support global growth initiatives
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales procurement and strategic planning within the coffee industry.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments contributing to cross-functional collaboration and shared goals.
