Assist the Night Manager with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets.
Ensure the highest standard of guest service during check-in check-out and throughout their stay.
Accurately manage guest accounts reservations and billing using Opera Cloud.
Maintain communication with all departments handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Operate the switchboard manage wake-up calls and ensure proper message delivery.
Reconcile daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports.
Prepare reports and express check-out envelopes for the next days operations.
Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
Adhere strictly to security protocols ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety.
Maintain a tidy well-stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports.
