We are a dynamic data-driven organization committed to streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences through smart technology. As we scale we re looking for a motivated intern with hands-on experience in Zoho One to support our digital transformation initiatives.
Role Overview
As a Zoho One Intern you ll work closely with our operations and technology teams to optimize workflows automate processes and support CRM and analytics functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about cloud platforms and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and customizing Zoho One applications (CRM Projects Books Analytics etc.)
- Support integration of Zoho tools with third-party platforms
- Help develop automation workflows and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Document processes and provide training materials for internal teams
Requirements
- Prior experience with Zoho One suite (academic or professional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business operations and customer management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Experience with Zoho Creator or Deluge scripting
- Familiarity with APIs and integration tools
- Knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools
