Job Description
As a Research Fellow you will:
- Coordinate and contribute to ethics applications research agreements and data access processes for human research.
- Apply your expertise in mixed-methods research to design protocols collect and analyse data and publish high-quality research.
- Manage projects day-to-day including scheduling resourcing stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Collaborate with researchers clinicians and people with lived experience to codesign innovative solutions.
- Ensure project milestones are delivered within timeframes and budgets.
This is a fixed term (12 month appointment) part-time position (0.4FTE) and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level RF1 range $88689 - $103888 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $103766- $121548 per annum.
Griffith Universitys sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.

To be successful in this role you will have a completed PhD (or equivalent qualifications/work experience) in a relevant addition to this you will have:
- Proven experience in mixed-methods research particularly in conceptualising research writing protocols and publishing findings.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage costs timelines and resources effectively.
- High-level interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with researchers clinicians and community partners.
- Experience working independently and in a team with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Experience in graduate student supervision is also desirable.
- A high level of scientific literacy as well as verbal and written communication.
