Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction
- Lead train and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for seamless service flow
- Manage rostering budgets ordering and stock control
- Implement and maintain venue standards policies and procedures
- Drive revenue growth through events promotions and upselling
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing health & safety regulations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Minimum three years proven experience in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues
- A leader who thrives in fast-paced guest-focused environments
- Strong operational financial and people management skills
- A passion for food beverage and creating memorable experiences
- Exceptional knowledge of wines spirits cocktails and emerging trends. WSET III or equivalent highly regarded
- The ability to create a workplace where staff feel empowered connected and inspired
