Were looking for a Product Specialist to join our Lounges Experience team supporting the design development and delivery of product strategies that drive exceptional customer experiences and fuel business this role youll analyse market trends monitor competitive intelligence and identify emerging opportunities to initiate and implement innovative product solutions. Youll compile and synthesise customer research and market data to evaluate product performance shape design decisions and influence roadmapsdirectly contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Youll have
- Minimum 6 years experience in product management or a similar role ideally within a large and complex organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Commerce Marketing or a related field.
- Proven expertise in product management including strategic thinking customer-centric design research and insights problem-solving and prioritisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in large cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organisational project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail able to apply a process-driven and risk-based approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptable curious and proactive mindset comfortable working independently and driving change in complex systems and processes.
