Typically in this role you will:
- Design develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Pages Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI
- Build and customise canvas and model-driven apps tailored to business needs
- Develop and maintain Power Pages portals that are user-friendly and scalable
- Create and optimise Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes
- Design and implement data models connectors and integrations with external systems
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to research analyse and evaluate business and system needs
- Identify and address system limitations and inefficiencies to improve performance
- Test debug and resolve application issues to ensure reliability and performance
- Maintain high standards by writing and updating program code technical documentation user guides and procedures
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users with a customer-first mindset
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Dataverse Power Automate Power Portals/Pages Canvas & Model Driven apps
- Experience with JavaScript
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge and experience with supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable
