Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Recoleta Buenos Aires Argentina

The Opportunity:
We re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Buenos Aires. This is a role for someone looking to break into SaaS sales with a fast-growing global tech company. As an SDR you ll play a key part in generating new business opportunities and fuelling pipeline growth for our sales team. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation revenue growth and our expansion across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Research identify and prospect new leads using a combination of outreach methods (email phone LinkedIn).
Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects in the pipeline to nurture interest and keep deals progressing.
Use the CRM to track outreach activity follow-up schedules and lead status.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on target accounts and industries.
Maintain a clear understanding of Phonexa s platform value proposition and typical client use cases.
Help refine outreach strategies by providing feedback from your conversations.
Requirements:
1 year in a B2B sales role with proven success preferably in tech or marketing services.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (US market experience is a plus).
Naturally organised with good time management and attention to detail.
Tenacious target-driven and comfortable handling rejection.
Eager to learn and develop.
Familiar with tools like HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms (preferred but not essential).
This role supports the US market so working hours will typically align with EST.
