About the Role:
ideation reviews prototyping final spec design and implementation. Partner with Product
Engineering and Marketing and other cross-functional departments across the company to
design solutions that will win in the SaaS market.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective creation of information architecture wireframes prototypes and visual specs
Propose ideas and effective design solutions
Develop effective user-centered design
Conduct user research and facilitate user feedback gathering on our brands
Ability to communicate and collaborate well with tech engineers to administer evaluations
and tests
Extensive knowledge in creating contextual inquiry user scenarios user personas journey
mapping affinity mapping and card sorting
Help to define and guide new ways of working to build best in class user experiences in a
fast-paced multi-product environment
Work closely with Product Engineering and Research leaders to shape our product
roadmap
Advocate for winning user experience and design priorities within cross-functional teams in
creating products that consider users push for innovation prioritize usability and balance
business objectives from ideation to launch through maintenance on live products
Provide systems-level design thinking informed by user needs and insights and establish
yourself as a thought leader across the organization actively contributing to the overall
product strategy and roadmap
Requirements
Requirements:
5 years of experience designing effective full cycle experience for web and/or software
applications
Experience with tools such as: Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator
InDesign XD) Invision Zeplin Pen & Paper Jira etc.

Requirements: 1+ year in a B2B sales role with proven success, preferably in tech or marketing services. Strong written and verbal English communication skills (US market experience is a plus). Naturally organised, with good time management and attention to detail. Tenacious, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection. Eager to learn and develop. Familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms (preferred but not essential). This role supports the US market, so working hours will typically align with EST.
