Job Description

Job Title: Client Success Support Specialist SaaS Platform

Location: On-site Recoleta Buenos Aires

Type: Full-Time individual contractor s basis.

About the Role: The Customer Success Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth client account management. This position involves providing operational and administrative support to the Customer Success team. It requires handling a variety of tasks managing internal workflows and addressing client needs while collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Management: Assist CSMs with routine account management tasks including data entry reporting and updating client records.

  • Customer Engagement Assistance: Respond to basic client inquiries escalating complex issues to CSMs or relevant departments.

  • Administrative Support: Manage scheduling meeting coordination and follow-up communications for customer-related activities.

  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes gather client information and resolve product-related issues.

  • Data Management: Track client activities monitor usage and maintain accurate records in CRM or support platforms.

  • Issue Escalation & Resolution: Identify and escalate potential risks or product concerns to the appropriate teams while keeping CSMs informed.

  • Process Improvements: Suggest workflow optimizations to improve client management efficiency.



Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

  • A client-first attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and SaaS platforms with experience in data management and reporting.

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.

  • Quick learner who adapts to new technologies and evolving operational requirements with ease.
