Job Title: Client Success Support Specialist SaaS Platform
Location: On-site Recoleta Buenos Aires
Type: Full-Time individual contractor s basis.

About the Role: The Customer Success Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth client account management. This position involves providing operational and administrative support to the Customer Success team. It requires handling a variety of tasks managing internal workflows and addressing client needs while collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Support Account Management: Assist CSMs with routine account management tasks including data entry reporting and updating client records.
Customer Engagement Assistance: Respond to basic client inquiries escalating complex issues to CSMs or relevant departments.
Administrative Support: Manage scheduling meeting coordination and follow-up communications for customer-related activities.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes gather client information and resolve product-related issues.
Data Management: Track client activities monitor usage and maintain accurate records in CRM or support platforms.
Issue Escalation & Resolution: Identify and escalate potential risks or product concerns to the appropriate teams while keeping CSMs informed.
Process Improvements: Suggest workflow optimizations to improve client management efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
A client-first attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and SaaS platforms with experience in data management and reporting.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
Quick learner who adapts to new technologies and evolving operational requirements with ease.
