Job Description
This is an onsite job.
- Lead and manage the entire contract lifecycle: drafting negotiation execution administration claims and close-out.
- Drive the tendering and procurement processes: preparation of RFP/RFQ documentation bidder clarifications bid evaluation and award recommendations.
- Review and interpret complex contractual clauses ensuring compliance with applicable laws policies and project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance ensuring compliance with obligations deliverables milestones and KPIs.
- Prepare and issue contractual notices variation orders and amendments in line with agreed procedures.
- Manage claims and disputes: entitlement analysis risk assessment strategy proposals and negotiation support.
- Maintain contract registers insurances bonds warranties guarantees and compliance documentation.
- Provide commercial risk analysis and mitigation strategies for decision-making.
- Collaborate with clients legal procurement finance and technical teams to ensure alignment of contract strategy.
- Prepare periodic reports executive dashboards and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement in contracting processes and lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications :
- Mandatory: University degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in contract management within large-scale infrastructure energy or industrial projects.
- Experience in nuclear reactor projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in industrial processes or related highly regulated industries.
- Strong negotiation risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
