Job Description

This is an onsite job. 

  • Lead and manage the entire contract lifecycle: drafting negotiation execution administration claims and close-out.
  • Drive the tendering and procurement processes: preparation of RFP/RFQ documentation bidder clarifications bid evaluation and award recommendations.
  • Review and interpret complex contractual clauses ensuring compliance with applicable laws policies and project requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance ensuring compliance with obligations deliverables milestones and KPIs.
  • Prepare and issue contractual notices variation orders and amendments in line with agreed procedures.
  • Manage claims and disputes: entitlement analysis risk assessment strategy proposals and negotiation support.
  • Maintain contract registers insurances bonds warranties guarantees and compliance documentation.
  • Provide commercial risk analysis and mitigation strategies for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clients legal procurement finance and technical teams to ensure alignment of contract strategy.
  • Prepare periodic reports executive dashboards and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement in contracting processes and lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications :

  • Mandatory: University degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in contract management within large-scale infrastructure energy or industrial projects.
  • Experience in nuclear reactor projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industrial processes or related highly regulated industries.
  • Strong negotiation risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
