We are looking for someone that is keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You will need to ensure ensure that excellent customer relations are a priority. You will need to maintain those relationships and ensure that the agreed standards in respect to SLA and updating info the database is maintained.
You should consider applying if you enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and problem solving on the spot. Youll be required to work overtime weekends and standby from time to time.
We would like you to have at least 3 years of experience in a Support Technician role. A and N is a minimum requirement however if you have the relevant experience your application will be considered too. You will be exposed to a wide variety of hardware and software with plenty of growth opportunities within the company - a growth mindset is key and will be rewarded.
This position will require you to work shifts (One week day shift and one week night shift)
