Job Summary

Introduction

Recruitment company based in Plattekloof area is seeking to employ a Branch Administrator to join their small but busy team
This is a remote role but we do meet once a month at a venue in Panorama area to catch up

This will suit a person who enjoys interacting with candidates


The Branch Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the branch team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations efficient communication document management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities ( but not limited to)
Oversee and manage branch administrative functions
Manage email and telephonic communication for the branch
Assist with calendar management scheduling and coordination of interviews
Maintain and update internal systems and databases accuratel
Obtain References
Assist with client and candidate documentation files and communication when required
Post ads on dedicated platforms

Work-From-Home Requirements
Stable reliable Wi-Fi connection
Dedicated home workstation
Ability to operate in a quiet uninterrupted home environment
