Job Description
Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator (Turner)
Number of Positions: 01
Experience: 4 to 5 years
CTC: 3 to 4 LPA
Location: Shivane Pune Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualifications:
-
ITI certification in Turner or related field
-
4 5 years of experience in lathe machine operations
-
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
-
Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
-
Knowledge of safety rules and basic machine maintenance
Key Skills:
-
Lathe machine operation
-
Machining and cutting
-
Reading technical drawings
-
Measuring tools (e.g. calipers micrometers)
-
Basic maintenance and problem-solving
-
Safety awareness
Main Responsibilities:
-
Operate lathe machines to make or shape metal parts
-
Set up machines and tools for each job
-
Follow drawings to make parts accurately
-
Check parts to make sure they meet the required size and quality
-
Keep machines clean and in good working condition
-
Fix minor issues during machining
-
Work with other team members to complete jobs on time
