Job Title: Billing Clerk
Location: Homestead FL
Terms: Full-Time Position
Salary/Rate: Bi-Weekly Hourly Performance Bonus
Reports to: Florida Office Manager
Salary Range: $18-20/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Generate customer invoices for services performed in: Florida Ohio and Arizona
Generate sales reports for management as required
Maintain checking accounts that issue a low number of checks for emergency purchases
Coordinate billing and accounts receivable information with the head office as needed
File copies of all accounts receivable invoices internal documentation and customer purchase orders
Answer telephones as backup
Other duties as necessary
Experience/Requirements:
Customer billing experience preferably with companies providing services
Record-keeping experience
Customer Service experience over the phone or email
Experience with various accounting software packages
Desired Skills:
Proficient in a variety of invoicing and accounting software beyond QuickBooks
Above-average typing skills
Proven ability to work in a team atmosphere
