A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Antitrust Associate Attorney with 37 years of experience to join its highly regarded Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex high-profile antitrust matters including litigation investigations and counseling for major domestic and international clients.
About the Role
The attorney will work on a broad range of antitrust matters including:
Litigation: Defending and prosecuting antitrust claims in federal and state courts.
Merger Reviews: Advising clients on regulatory compliance and representing them in merger clearance proceedings before the DOJ and FTC.
Counseling: Providing strategic advice on antitrust compliance risk assessments and business practices.
Investigations: Representing clients in government investigations and responding to civil investigative demands (CIDs) and subpoenas.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
37 years of antitrust experience ideally in a major law firm or government agency (DOJ/FTC experience a plus).
Licensed and in good standing in Texas Washington D.C. or California.
Strong research writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and client-service skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
