This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms expand their IP litigation practices in technology manufacturing and life sciences.

Were connecting with attorneys in the 27 year range who have experience handling patent trademark or trade secret disputes.

Responsibilities

Manage IP litigation matters from discovery through trial
Draft pleadings motions and claim construction briefs
Coordinate with technical experts and in-house counsel
Support partners in strategy trial preparation and client communication

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; technical degree (EE ME CS or Chemistry) preferred
Illinois bar admission required or pending
27 years of IP litigation experience
Excellent writing and analytical skills

Compensation
$180000 $250000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
