About The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-drivenBusiness Improvement Managerto join our team supporting a major social housing contract. Thispermanent full-timerole is based inBurswood WA and plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across regional maintenance services for over18000 public housing dwellingsacross Western Australia.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background inLean Six Sigma data-drivencontinuous improvement andchange management. You will lead initiatives that enhance systems processes and performance partnering with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of improvement and deliver meaningful outcomes for some of WAs most vulnerable communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify review analyse and capture performance metrics from various sources to provide high-level insights aligned with contract objectives.
  • Drive contract wide performance improvement and change agenda
  • Develop and enhance reporting mechanisms and dashboards to communicate performance to key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems processes and people.
  • Implement improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
  • Partner with operations teams to embed a continuous improvement mindset and promote best-practice operations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and support teams through implementation and adoption.

About You

You are a proactive and analytical leader who thrives in a dynamic purpose-driven environment. You bring a unique blend of strategic thinking operational insight and a passion for driving meaningful change shaped by your experience as a Business Improvement Manager Continuous Improvement Leader or change management specialist.

You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience inbusiness performance analysiscontract managementproject delivery and change management.
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience inchange management methodologiesand supporting adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Commercial acumen and a strong focus on business outcomes.
  • Experience inproject delivery methodologiesandrisk management practices.
