Job Overview:
The Heavy Equipment Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of 10 technicians and support staff while managing maintenance for a fleet of 50 pieces of equipment. This role ensures efficient workflow management repair forecasting equipment availability for daily operations and scheduling of preventive and corrective services using Compass and other maintenance tracking systems.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of lead/supervisory experience along with hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment to provide technicians with development training coaching and on-the-job guidance to ensure proper repair procedures and adherence to safety and quality standards. This includes providing education opportunities and field-based instruction equipping team members with the tools resources and knowledge to perform the job effectively.

The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $85000 - $95000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work addition this position is eligible for incentive pay.
