Are you an experienced Pre Construction Manager in the commercial roofing industry
The Externals Group are looking for a Pre Construction manager in Maryland to work with a well known and established commercial roofing contractor who specialize in the delivery of high-quality roofing solutions to commercial properties nationwide. You will report directly to the Regional Vice President using skills to work independently as well as part of a team you will communicate effectively with the Sales Team Sr leadership team & Project Managers to ensure a smooth delivery of services.
A Day in the Life:
- Manage the Pre Construction side of roofing projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
- Ensure material equipment and metal requests are accurately filled out.
- Work with estimating team to ensure accurate pricing logistics and staging are addressed pre-production
Key Requirements:
- 10 years experience in Commercial roofing management role
- Time management able to prioritize work load and
- Great multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at the one time.
