ERP Consultant Associate Executive

The Opportunity:
As an ERP Consultant you will be exposed to business processes in a variety of industries (e.g. Manufacturing Retail etc.) and you will be part of a team that adds value to business processes by including business process re-engineering process standardization industry best practices and controls.
Working as an independent consultant youll enjoy the freedom to adapt and excel in various environments while assisting clients in selecting the right ERP system. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding professional experience allowing you to shape and enhance the operational efciency of businesses across multiple sectors.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into functional specications for suitable solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efciencies within the organization
Develop To-Be processes by introducing business process re-engineering process standardization automation and process controls
Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle providing updates and addressing concerns
Evaluate of solutions which cater to clients functional requirements
Skills and attributes for success:
Bachelors degree in Finance MIS Business Management or IT Business Information Systems from a
recognized university
Sound knowledge of Finance & Accounting
Prociency in world-renowned ERP solutions
In-depth knowledge of business processes Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives and
Value Stream Mapping (especially in Finance)
A problem-solving mindset and effective decision-making abilities
Excellent client service and presentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills with meticulous research prociency
Expertise in vendor/client relationship management
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision
