MISSION
Au sein de la Direction des achats et sous la responsabilit du Head of Aftermarket Procurement administrer les contrats dachats de services de rparations et assurer un support oprationnel et administratif vis--vis des clients internes.
ACTIVITES
Gestion de la boite mail du service et premier niveau de rponse aux demandes des clients internes (prix dlais etc..);
Saisie et maintien de donnes contractuelles dans SAP:
Actualisation de la base de donnes (dlais prix ajout de part numbers etc..)
Support lquipe responsable des chargements de donnes en masse
Compilation et actualisation de donnes et informations en support lquipe et aux clients internes (grilles de prix fiches fournisseur etc..)
Reporting et autres tches administratives
PROFIL
Diplme commercial/achat en complment dune solide connaissance technique OU diplme technique complt par une exprience dans le domaine commercial/achat
Niveau dtudes : Licence et Master 1 (BAC 3/4)
Maitrise avance dExcel
Bonne connaissance de SAP
Bonne comprhension de documents contractuels
Bonne comprhension de langlais
Capacit travailler en quipe
