MISSION

Au sein de la Direction des achats et sous la responsabilit du Head of Aftermarket Procurement administrer les contrats dachats de services de rparations et assurer un support oprationnel et administratif vis--vis des clients internes.

ACTIVITES

  • Gestion de la boite mail du service et premier niveau de rponse aux demandes des clients internes (prix dlais etc..);

  • Saisie et maintien de donnes contractuelles dans SAP:

    • Actualisation de la base de donnes (dlais prix ajout de part numbers etc..)

    • Support lquipe responsable des chargements de donnes en masse

  • Compilation et actualisation de donnes et informations en support lquipe et aux clients internes (grilles de prix fiches fournisseur etc..)

  • Reporting et autres tches administratives

  • Support aux acheteurs : appui aux ngociations la contractualisation lanalyse des offres et la gestion des appels doffres (RFP RFI).
  • Outils et coordination : dvelopper et maintenir des outils de pilotage (KPI) et jouer un rle dinterface entre les clients internes et les quipes achats.

PROFIL

  • Diplme commercial/achat en complment dune solide connaissance technique OU diplme technique complt par une exprience dans le domaine commercial/achat

  • Niveau dtudes : Licence et Master 1 (BAC 3/4)

  • Maitrise avance dExcel

  • Bonne connaissance de SAP

  • Bonne comprhension de documents contractuels

  • Bonne comprhension de langlais

  • Capacit travailler en quipe

Dmarrage en Aout/Septembre 2025

Dure de lalternance : 2 ans.

Being a work-study student at ATR means being integrated into a team as a fully-fledged member with a real scope of work and responsibilities.

MISSION

As part of the Purchasing Department and reporting to the Head of Aftermarket Procurement to administer purchasing contracts for repair services and provide operational and administrative support to internal customers.

ACTIVITIES

  • Managing the departments email inbox and providing a first-level response to internal customer requests (prices lead times etc.);
  • Entering and maintaining contractual data in SAP:
  • Updating the database (deadlines prices adding numbers etc.)
  • Support for the team responsible for bulk data loading
  • Compiling and updating data and information to support the team and internal customers (price grids supplier files etc.)
  • Reporting and other administrative tasks
  • Buyer support: support with negotiations contracting analysing tenders and managing calls for tender (RFP RFI).
  • Tools and coordination: developing and maintaining management tools (KPIs) and acting as an interface between internal customers and the purchasing teams.

PROFILE

  • Sales/purchasing diploma in addition to solid technical knowledge OR technical diploma supplemented by experience in sales/purchasing.
  • Level of education: Licence and Master 1 (BAC 3/4)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Good understanding of contractual documents
  • Good understanding of English
  • Ability to work in a team

SCHEDULE

Starting in August/September 2025

Length of sandwich course: 2 years.
