Are you a highly ethical and principled individual with a strong background in compliance and integrity management We are looking for a dedicated Manager Ethics & Integrity to join our team and lead our Department in upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
As the Manager Ethics & Integrity your role will lead and manage the review and improvement of the Departments ethical related frameworks and controls. This will include advising on fraud control and conducting assessments and investigations in a professional manner in accordance with legislative requirements natural justice principles and related organisational policies and procedures.
You will be the central point of contact to senior managers and staff to ensure compliance within the ethical conduct framework. This includes conflicts of interest code of ethics & conduct and gifts benefits & hospitality issues. Your role is also key in leading your team to ensure they are confident in responding to external complaints and providing department wide advice on triaging & managing complex complaints.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in ethics and integrity management including conducting investigations and developing compliance programs. You will also have a deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to ethics integrity and corporate governance.
This role also requires you to have strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus. You must have high ethical standards integrity and a commitment to fostering a culture of honesty and transparency.
