The Automation Engineer will work for our Weiler Labeling Systems brand. Our customers are leading manufacturers in the pharmaceutical food beverage and consumer products industries.
Are you excited about this work
- Automation & controls systems design specification programming simulation & testing and start-up assistance for companys labeling equipment
- Create required documentation to support assembly test & debug of equipment on production floor & for future servicing
- Interface with automation and mechanical engineers sales staff & customers to fully understand scope of projects
- Evaluate & recommend specific hardware and software components for projects

- Need Bachelor (or foreign equivalent) in electrical or electronics engineering electrical & computer engineering electrical engineering technology or a related engineering field
- Need 2 yrs. exp. as Automation Engineer or Electrical Engineer within packaging or labeling industry
- Need 2 yrs. exp. With startup and troubleshooting of machines preparing them for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Need 2 yrs. exp. Working with ladder logic format Allen Bradley PLCs in RSLogix500 and Studio 5000 environment
- Need 2 yrs. exp. troubleshooting machine performance
