We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Scientific Support Representative to join our growing team. This individual will provide product and technical support to customers in the scientific community. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in any area of science and possess a passion for problem-solving communication and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a 3.5 month contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to scientific products (e.g. reagents equipment lab supplies software etc.)
Provide accurate and timely technical support via phone email or live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or product-related issues
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Educate clients on product features usage and best practices
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services through training and collaboration with R&D and Sales teams
Assist in the creation and review of support materials including FAQs manuals and help documents
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in support processes and customer satisfaction
