A day in the life.

As a Client Services Manager you will serve as a guiding force for the service team helping navigate client interactions to deliver creative efficient solutions that create measurable value. You will work closely with the Client Services Director to set team goals related to sales growth service execution innovation and process improvement. Additionally you will lead and support various projects aimed at enhancing agency operations and service platforms while exemplifying MMA Midwests core values and long-term vision as an active member of the management team.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 5 years experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company
• Ability to inspire and coach team members to deliver exceptional personalized client service by building strong relationships understanding client needs and advocating for their interests while ensuring adherence to procedures for efficiency and accuracy
• Proven record of driving consistent execution of client service workflows monitoring performance metrics gathering client feedback for continuous improvement and enhancing team knowledge of industry trends and solutions.
• Onboarding training and ongoing development of team members providing coaching and resources to foster independence while leading them to achieve specific goals and fostering open communication on performance and accountability
• Recruiting management and effective communication with team members ensuring appropriate workload distribution adherence to best practices and continuous development aligned with MMA Midwests standards

These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:

• Property & Casualty license preferred or the ability to obtain upon hire
• Previous management experience
• BS/BA in Business Insurance or related field
• CRIS CPCU ARM CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & Casualty
• Experience working with Applied Epic agency management system

• applicable base salary range for this role is $61000 to $113600.
  The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
