Team Carney a dynamic performance and professional development contractor is actively seeking an Administrative Task Support/Analyst to join our team in support of a government agency in the area of law enforcement. This role involves administrative and clerical work in support of training programs.
THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME AND REMOTE.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND/OR OBTAINING A SECURITY CLEARANCE.Duties:
- Ability to effectively support training and financial administration functions
- Use excellent interpersonal communications skills with the ability to work independently.
- Updateand maintaincourse content for instructor-led and web-based courses.
- Providecounsel or suggestions to increase performance efficiency and effectiveness and streamline processes related to training.
- Provide support to law enforcement related training development.
Minimum Requirements:
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation/obtain a security clearance.
- Academic high school diploma or G.E.D. with at least five (5) years of relevant office or clerical experience preferably including training development management and financial management; OR
- An associate degree with a minimum of three (3) years of similar experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered if they demonstrate the ability to effectively support training and financial administration functions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with the ERO Training Academy or comparable law enforcement training program is strongly preferred.
- Experience reading and understanding federal contracts and allocated funding and period of performance of contract line-item numbers (CLINs) and task orders (TOs).
- Working knowledge of personal computers and related Microsoft Office products to include an intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and understand the Federal Travel regulations (FTRs) and apply that knowledge to acceptable invoice costs.
- Experience working on FLETA courses.
