Performance Reporting Analyst

Salary: Up to 41000.00

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday

The goal of the Performance Reporting Analyst within Arvato is to deliver high quality performance reporting and analysis that drives decision-making partnering with teams across the business to turn data into insight while growing technical skills and commercial understanding within a high-performing analytics function.

Your Tasks:

• Produce regular clear performance reports and dashboards that supportsenior stakeholder decision making.
• Deliver analysis that enables a deeper understanding of performance andhighlights opportunities for improvement.
• Utilise Power BI and other analytics tools to build scalable high qualityreporting solutions aligned with key business priorities.
• Strategically partner the wider organisation turning data into valuableinsights that increase transparency and drive accountability.
• Engage with key stakeholders on analytics products from initiation anddesign through to build testing rollout and continuous improvementensuring solutions meet real world business needs.
• Support the development of a data driven culture across the businessthrough effective communication and collaboration.
• Act as a trusted advisor within the business bridging the gap between rawdata and actionable information.

Your Profile:

• Strong Power BI skills including dashboard design data preparation and modelling plus advanced DAX.
• Ability to gather understand and translate business requirements and explain data simply to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of key financial and operational drivers of business performance.
• Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience with SAP is beneficial
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
