Pay: $110000.00 - $160000.00 per year
Job description:
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at one of our clients offices in Syracuse Rochester or Binghamton NY.
Note: You must be licensed to practice law in New York and have at least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Provide legal advice on employment law labor relations and workplace matters
- Counsel clients on federal and state compliance workplace policies and legal risks
- Represent clients in administrative hearings arbitrations and court proceedings
- Deliver training and guidance on labor and employment practices
- Draft employment agreements conduct investigations and negotiate labor contracts
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to build client trust and communicate clearly
- Works well in a collaborative team-oriented setting
