Job Summary
- A top tier global law firm is seeking an ambitious mid-level associate to join its national Real Estate Finance team.
- Qualified candidates should have 3 - 8 years of law firm experience working on sophisticated real estate lending transactions.
- Exposure to balance sheet bank lending work preferred but not required.
- Additionally candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills superior academic background and a desire for teamwork significant responsibility and client interaction.
- The Real Estate Finance practice is closely integrated across the U.S. and accordingly candidates will be considered who can work from one of the following office locations: New York DC Chicago Atlanta Dallas Cleveland San Francisco Los Angeles or Irvine.
- Candidate must currently be at an Am Law 200 or better firm.
