Job Description
This position will be part of an experienced team with multidisciplinary responsibility. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring the requests are completed accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Analyzing requests providing directions and building customers within various systems on the carrier or shipper side. Maintenance of required procedures documentation and evidence to enable audit trails. This position will be a supporting role for Fulfilment Services Setup to ensure the department is at maximum efficiency and accuracy. Specialty duties may include reporting scrubs small parcel and other responsibilities as needed by Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that requests are completed timely accurately and in compliance with standard policies.
Review applications and other forms to make sure they are correct and complete as well as build carrier customers within our Freight Payment System.
Create the Carrier structure within Freight Payment Systems as well as Settlement accounts and other connection tables.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Required in office 3 days out of the week in Naperville Illinois.
Schedule: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday Central Time.
Basic Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of clerical and/or customer service experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of the organization products services and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first.
