About the client
Our client is one of Thailands top-tier Thai restaurant group delivering authentic Thai flavors with modern sensibility. With over 60 outlets and multiple brands including a well known Thai Street food brand theyve built a recipe for success both domestically and internationally.
The Role
Theyre looking for someone to shape and the new famous Thai street-food brand. Youll help build the brand : brand identity positioning campaigns and activations.
What Youll Do
- Define brand positioning and messaging specific to Thai street food culture.
- Manage the full brand lifecycle: localisation creative assets rollout performance tracking.
- Develop and execute campaigns across online offline events and delivery channels.
- Work closely with operations menu teams and marketing to align brand messaging with in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Monitor KPIs: brand awareness customer sentiment engagement and sales lift.
- Stay ahead of street food and F&B trends keep the brand fresh yet authentic.
Who You Are
- 4-5 years in brand management ideally within F&B (especially QSR street food).
- Strong understanding of Thai culinary culture and consumer behavior.
- Creative agile with hands-on experience in execution.
- Great at cross-functional collaboration data-driven and fluent in Thai and English.
