Job Description

We are currently seeking a French speaker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have Customer support experience. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Position: Customer Support Agent

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Model: On-site

Contract Type: Fixed-term (6 months)

Remuneration: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses



Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide prompt professional support to business clients across communication channels (Phone Email Chat).
- Assist clients with account inquiries including identity verification and information updates.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of interactions to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions and updates within internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and share best practices.



Requirements

- Native or fluent in French (C2) both oral and written. Fluency in English (C1).
- Minimum of a High School diploma.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proven stability in employment history.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data.
- Experience with support platforms/tools (preferred).
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Friendly professional and proactive communication style.
- Experience in retail banking or general customer support is a plus.
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site.
- Adaptable to changing procedures technologies and customer expectations.
