Filinvest Land Inc. a leading and trusted developer in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Cebu City!
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies building and managing high-performing sales teams (both internal and broker networks) and achieving ambitious sales targets for Filinvest Lands diverse portfolio in Cebu. You will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and driving our continued success in this key region.
We are seeking a strategic and influential leader who will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and operational plans for Filinvest Lands projects in Cebu City
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the In-house sales organization
- Drive sales performance through effective planning coaching and performance management.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and develop strategies to ensure their attainment.
- Build mentor and motivate high-performing sales teams through effective coaching training and performance management.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing project development and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Represent Filinvest Land at industry events conferences and networking opportunities in Cebu.
- Expand Filinvest Lands market share and brand presence in Cebu.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
- With more than 5years of Real Estate Sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years solid managerial experience
- With a ready team of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants upon joining
- Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
