About the Role

Join our dynamic airline contact center team as a German Speaking Reservations Agent! Youll be the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels while helping travelers with their journey needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support Excellence: Assist customers via phone email social media and live chat
• Reservation Management: Handle booking inquiries modifications and cancellations
• Multi-channel Communication: Provide consistent service across all customer touchpoints
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

What Were Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent German (C1 level) and English (C1 level)
• Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)
• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM
• Experience: Previous customer service experience required
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Competitive Compensation Package

Salary Progression:

• Training Month: 5.60 per hour with full training provided
• Months 2-6: 7.61 per hour (including COLA 2023)
• Months 7-12: 7.87 per hour (including COLA 2023)
• After 13 months: 8.34 per hour (performance-based increase)

Additional Earnings:

• German Language Allowance: 3000 monthly bonus
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 2500 (eligible after 6 months)
• Contract: Permanent/Indefinite position
• Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible shifts (4-12 hours daily)
• Schedule: Monday-Sunday operations 07:00-19:00
