What You Will Do

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
What We Are Looking For

Native/Fluent level of Dutch and good command of English (B2).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
