This is a full-time on-site role where youll represent a global leader in the tobacco industry. You will be a key part of our dynamic international team providing excellent support and service.
Your Role
As a Customer Support Advisor you will be the main point of contact for our valued Serbian-speaking customers. Your mission is to provide outstanding support and ensure a seamless positive customer experience. While prior experience in a similar role is a plus it is not required as we offer comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the necessary skills to succeed.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Customer Interaction: Professionally handle incoming calls emails and live chat inquiries from Serbian-speaking customers.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively identify diagnose and resolve customer concerns questions and issues related to our products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient problem-solving and a consistent customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a great communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent Serbian: You must have C2-level proficiency in Serbian (both written and spoken) to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- English Proficiency: A B2 level of English or higher is a must. You will be working in an international team where English is the primary language for internal communication and training.
- Eligibility to Work in Bulgaria: You must have EU citizenship or a valid legal work permit for Bulgaria.
- Communication Skills: You should be an excellent listener with a clear and professional communication style.
- Customer-Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping people and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- On-site Availability: You must be able to work on-site in Sofia in a fully office-based setting.
