Job Title: OSS Legacy Migration / Modernization Architect (TIRKS & NMA)
Location: Dallas New Jersey

About the Role
Simarn Solutions is seeking seasoned professionals (ideally Solution Architects) with deep expertise in OSS/Network systems TIRKS and NMA to support a large-scale legacy migration and modernization program. This role involves end-to-end system transformation API-centric modernization and embedding AI reasoning models to optimize outcomes for Tier 1 telecom operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization and transformation of OSS legacy systems focusing on TIRKS and NMA.
- Architect and execute large-scale digital transformations for Tier 1 Operators.
- Prioritize and modernize Fiber Broadband Switched Ethernet Mobility Products ADI AVPN TDM and related services.
- Integrate and modernize systems through API development (REST APIs) and AI-driven reasoning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business impacts including costs gains and application disruption.
- Drive API-centric architecture and system transformation strategy.

- Current Stage: Ongoing in-flight program with system architects and transformation resources onboard
